At Florvella, we want every bouquet to arrive fresh and beautiful. Because our products are perishable, this Return & Refund Policy is tailored to flowers and floral gifts.
Eligibility for Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
- Non-perishable gift add-ons (vases, cards, chocolates) may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
Damaged or Wilted Deliveries
- If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the arrangement.
- Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations after this window may not be possible as flowers are prepared in advance.
